When our clients approached us and wanted to build, they didn’t quite know what the next steps should be. After determining they would be better suited for a fully custom plan, we worked with them and their architect to design the perfect house they could call home!
This beautiful modern farmhouse is built with just the right mix of modern and charm. On the exterior of the home, you will notice the perfect white and black tones, classic front porch and wood beams that tie it all in making this home truly as approachable as it is impressive. Once you step inside you are welcomed with a large, paneled wall up the foyer staircase and custom iron railing. As you continue into the living room, the open floor plan along with the substantial custom sliding glass door lining the living room allows natural light to pour in as it highlights the reclaimed beam and brick wall. The kitchen is appointed with commercial appliances including a built-in fridge, custom cabinetry, and full stone plash, making it truly worthy to be named the heart of this home. From the master suites, cathedral ceiling, beautiful one-of-a-kind shower, and custom closet, it has it all. Finally, the large upstairs bonus room is a great addition and designed purposefully to convert into a fourth bedroom for future use.
