The HBA of CENLA has recognized him numerous times with the “Builder of the Year” award. Governor Bobby Jindal appointed him to the Louisiana State Uniform Construction Code Council in 2013. Scott is also involved in his community board as the President of the Louisiana Pecan Festival and the Finance Chairman at his hometown church.
